Miller Clock's Warranty
This product has been manufactured using only
the very finest materials and has been thoroughly tested prior
to leaving our manufacturing facility.
Howard
Miller warrants to the original consumer/purchaser or recipient
that this product will be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two
years from date of purchase. Howard Miller's obligation under
this warranty shall be limited to repairing the product with
new or renewed components or, at its option, replacing it with
a new or renewed product. This warranty does not include damage
to product or components resulting from abuse, accident, alteration,
climatic/ environmental conditions, damage beyond normal use,
freight damage, mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
HOWARD MILLER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLED
WARRANTY. IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE IN EFFECT
FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE AND
THEREAFTER, THERE SHALL BE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
(INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE),
ON THIS PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages or the limitation on how long an implied
warranty lasts so the above limitations or exclusions may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights
and you may also have other rights which vary from state to
state.
Napoleon
Presidential Limited Lifetime Warranty
The President's Limited Lifetime Warranty protects your fireplace
for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Specific parts covered
by the Lifetime Warranty include: the combustion chamber heat
exchanger, stainless steel burner, logs, ceramic glass against
thermal breakage, gold plated parts against tarnishing, porcelain
enameled surfaces and aluminum extrusion trim. Wearable components
such as blowers, gas valves, etc. will be warranted for the
first year. During the first year, the warranty does provide
a labor allowance for Napoleon authorized
Buck Corporation Vent-Free
Gas Log Heater Limited Warranty
New Buck warrants this product to be free from
defects in materials and components for two (2) years from the
date of first purchase, provided that the product has been properly
installed, operated and maintained in accordance with all applicable
instructions. to make a claim under this warranty the Bill of
Sale or cancled check must be presented.
This warranty is extended only to the original
retail purchaser and covers the cost of parts required to restore
the heater to proper condition. Warranty parts MUST be obtained
through an authorized Buck Stove dealer and/or New Buck, who
will providce original factory replacement parts. Failure to
use original factory replacement parts voids this warranty.
The heater MUST be installed by a qualified installer in accordance
with all local codes and instructions furnished with the unit.
Warranty does not apply to parts that are not
in original condition, normal wear and tear, or parts that fail
or become damaged as a result of misuse, accidents, lack of
proper maintenance or defects caused by improper installation.

TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE LAW OF THE JURISDICTION
THAT GOVERNS THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT, THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY
EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESSED WARRANTIES AND LIMITS THE
DURATION OF ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABLILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO ONE
(1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF FIRST PURCHASE. NEW BUCK LIABILITY
IS HEREBY LIMITED TO THE DATE OF PURCHASE. NEW BUCK LIABILITY
IS HEREBY LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AND NEW
BUCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUESNTIAL.

MHP
Gas Grills Warranty
MHP grills are made in the U.S.A. and backed by
a limited LIFETIME warranty on the entire grill housing, mountings,
burner, stainless steel cooking grids/warming racks and Sear
Magic aluminum cooking grids/warming racks. All other components
are covered by a 1-year warranty.

At
Father Times we want you to be absolutely happy with our products.
Everything we sell is fully guaranteed and we will gladly exchange
any item or grant a refund should you choose to make a return.
All you need to do is ship the product back to Father Times
within 15 days of the invoice date. Only the credit card used
in purchasing the product may be credited for a return. Returned
products must be received, postage paid, in good condition,
in the original packing and with all warranty cards, manuals
and accessories still in tact. All returns are billed a 20%
restocking fee.
Shipping
Information:
To ensure safe handling, Fathertime’s
ships most of our products through UPS ground service, Parcel
Post or other ground shipping companies. Freight charges are
determined by the companies based on the weight and size of
the shipment.
Orders under $50.00
Orders under $50.00 are charged an $8.00 handling fee. Most
products will ship within 3 business days and will arrive in
approximately 7-10 days after being shipped. Expedited shipping
on smaller items is available for an additional cost. Call us
toll free at 877-409-8425 to arrange expedited shipping.
Howard Miller Floor Clocks and Other Large Items
Floor Clocks, Curios and other exceptionally large items will
be shipped through a freight service. Currently, we have two
methods to deliver these items. The first is a curb-side delivery,
which will take 10-15 days. With this service the item will
be delivered by the freight company and set outside of your
home. If you prefer this service, please inform the Fathertime’s
representative you speak to when placing your order. The second
is only offered for Howard Miller items. Howard Miller items
will be delivered by Home Direct Freight Company. They will
bring the curio inside your home to the room you specify. Unpacking
and set up is not included with Howard Miller items.
Pulaski Furniture and Curios
Pulaski furniture and curios are delivered by Sun Deliveries.
Your item will be brought in your house and carried up one flight
of stairs. With this service your item will be delivered within
three to four weeks. Curb-side delivery is available for items
from Pulaski as well (to read more about curb-side delivery
read the section under Howard Miller Floor Clocks and Other
Large Items). Inform your Fathertime’s representative
that you would prefer this option.
Shipping items over $50.00 are free to our customers.
No expedited shipping is available on larger items.
Free Shipping Does not apply to AK/HI, U.S. Territories,
APO/FPO addresses or International orders
How Appointments for Home Direct and Sun Delivery work
The freight company that will be shipping your item is responsible
for calling you to schedule a time for delivery. Two days will
be offered. The first day is probably when the item will be
delivered. The second day is a delay day incase a delay occurs
the first day they will deliver it on the second day. Fathertime’s
will act on your behalf if you are experiencing problems with
the freight company. Please do not assume that we know what
the freight companies schedules are or when they will be calling
you on demand. We can find out this information if you request
us to do so for you. These are separate companies from Fathertime’s.
Please keep in mind that these freight companies are delivering
to approximately 40 different customers and trying to accommodate
everyone’s schedule is not always possible.
